This installment of the Jacobson clan is coming a little late, seeing as baby Collette has arrived, but it just didn’t feel right posting out of order! Angelea, Jake and I met at the place where it all began – Hotel Kansas City, for a super cute styled maternity session featuring goodies from Cottontale KC to celebrate the upcoming arrival of their little one.
