BEFORE THE SESSION

Email me!  Click below and send me a message and let me know all about you (or your senior, if you are the parent!), what interests you, why you're excited about your session, and anything else you think I should know.  I'll reply very shortly and we'll start making plans!  I'll make sure to get to know you a bit so we can tailor your session to your loves and interests, and to make sure we are choosing appropriate locations.  To book your session, I require the initial session fee and contract to be signed, all of which can be done online, easy peasy.  As your session is coming up, I'll shoot you an email with things to remember and tips and tricks so you are feeling your ABSOLUTE best on your session day.

PORTRAIT SESSION DAY   

If you're a senior girl, you'll actually show up a couple of hours earlier than  your session for some makeup and hair pampering!  Part of your session fee goes towards hiring a professional stylist just for you.  I want you to feel absolutely amazing for your portraits, and because we're generally out shooting for at least a couple of hours, I want you to have a stylist at your disposal to help you with photo-ready makeup and hair.  My stylists will work with you to create your look as natural or as glam as you'd like.  

If you are a guy who would enjoy pampering, I gotchu!  Let me know when we are setting up your session and I can find appropriate stylists to help you nail your look as well, whether it be hair, facial hair, or skincare.

I generally schedule my sessions either in the morning (rare...I was a teenager once. :)  or in the afternoon/evening.  Spoiler: If we're doing the session during the school year, you *might* have to take off a couple of your afternoon courses.  Bummer, huh!  Your session will last 2-3 hours, and we'll be able to visit a few rad locations around the metro, and we generally have time for 3-6 outfits.  You are more than welcome to bring along a friend (we'll even include him/her in a couple of photos if you'd like), a parent, a pet, or any items you'd like to incorporate into your photos.

PREMIERE VIEWING & ORDERING SESSION

Get amped, because this session, held at my home office, is where you'll see your full gallery for the first time.  I generally post one or two "teasers" beforehand, but this meeting 2-3 weeks after your session, is where you'll see it all!  You'll come in to refreshments, meet the shop dogs (if you'd like to), get comfortable, and start off by viewing your gallery set to music.  BAM.  If mom cries, I'll have tissues, and I promise I won't tell.

After viewing your slideshow, we'll go through images together one by one, narrowing down your favorites, so I can help you decide how you'd like to display your images.  Mom and dad are going to want you hanging on the wall, in their wallets, on on their desks at work....it's just inevitable.  You're awesome, and your pictures will be awesome.  You'll have a chance to pick YOUR favorites too, which can be turned into wallets, grad party signing books, graduation announcements, albums, you name it.  We'll look through examples of all this, and through my tried and true system, we'll figure out what works best for you, your home, your wants and needs, and your budget.  (Print & digital products available, collections starting at $500).  

ORDERING & DELIVERY

You'll make all of your ordering decisions at my office on your premiere day.  If you decide on print products, once the total is paid in full (either on the day, or via a payment plan), I'll order everything and delivery generally happens between 2 and 4 weeks.  If you decide on digital images, they will be delivered upon payment.  ALL print and digital orders will receive a collection of low resolution, watermarked, shareable social media images of the chosen poses!
