Twenty years ago, there is no way I would have even dreamed I’d be photographing the wedding of friend and classmate Lauren.  Marriage wasn’t on our minds quite yet (besides dreaming about the occasional schoolyard crush), but here we are, older, wiser, and now married to the men of our dreams.  Lauren and Sean’s Cider Gallery wedding was one of the most romantic weddings of the year on a perfect fall day in Lawrence.  Everyone in attendance I imagine laugh and/or cried at least once, with the couples wonderful sense of humor and dedication to their relationship and families.  Their chic sense of style was apparent in the decor, from the beautiful candles on the outdoor patio during the ceremony, to the gold and pastel table centerpieces and gorgeous bouquets.

Lauren’s ring was hand designed by her father and owner of Marks Jewelers and Sean, who customized the band. Simply gorgeous!

These amazing details were designed by Owen’s Floral and put together with help from Red Door Events. Their decor was a dream!

Since Lauren is an amazing singer, she has sung in many of her friends weddings. Because they didn’t know how to return the favor, they came up with an awesome surprise to sing for her during the bridesmaids speech. It was so much fun!

Another wedding day surprise, this time for Sean. Lauren got up with the band and sang for him. Not a dry eye in the house.
