Not only was I excited to photograph Casey and Bryan’s Historic Taylor Barn Wedding, but I was also just excited to hang out with them that day. These two are the type of people I’m pumped to chat with, laugh with, and (of course) take beautiful portraits of. I’m super excited to have the chance to photograph them every year as they are now in my “Client for Life” program, and can’t wait to see where life takes them and their families.
If you know me at all, you know that I LOVE historical places, and while we have a lot of really neat venues in the area, this is one of the oldest I’ve had the opportunity to work in (the barn was built in 1879!) The staff was extremely welcoming and kind, offering up their beautiful early 1900’s Victorian home for the girls getting ready and hanging out before the ceremony.
Enjoy this collection of teasers, and congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Morgan!

You are a Wizard with a camera Melissa! Thanks for capturing the magic of our wedding. We are so blessed to have had you as our photographer.
Thank you Melissa for capturing the personality of the day! The textures and lighting are stunning. I agree with Bryan…you are a wizard behind the camera. And the photo booth…SO much fun! I can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures!
