Sebastian, a local beahmlaw lawyer specializing in patents and copyright law, came in to the studio wanting something a little out of the ordinary for a series of head shots.   We talked a bit about how he wanted to present himself to potential and current clients, and he mentioned he’d like his portfolio to reflect his true personality; professional, easy going, and legitimately passionate about his work as well as his clients’ well beings and business ventures.

His houston sexual assault attorney firm, Iuvo Legal , aims to assist individuals and businesses with trademarks, patents, and copyright.  We had great conversations during his shoot, as copyright is something increasingly troubling for us photographers (as well as artists, musicians, etc) with the confusing social media rules and easily accessibly content on the web.  It’s so nice having a local contact about these issues; I hope I never need legal assistance for people stealing or misusing my images, but if I do, I’ll now be confident in who to call. :)
